"Strategic Data Practice is the strategic investment into HR analytics to ensure the continued and evolving use of HR data in business decision making and the value derived from it, in both short and long term timeframes"
Strategic Data Practice (SDP) is the methodology created by 3n Strategy to describe how organisations plan their investment into analytics. By creating a clear strategic vision for the organisation’s use of HR analytics, and how that use will evolve over time, 3n Strategy argues that organisations are more likely to derive value from the use of HR metrics.
By breaking HR analytics maturity down into six foundations that can be used strategically and tactically, and acknowleding that their use will evolve over time, by using a SDP methodology, organisations will receive in a higher return on the investment into HR analytics, and indeed HR in general.
